Formations and tactics for a tournament.

Hi guys!
Tomorrow I'm playing in a nation wide tournament in Norway. Thing is, I need some advice.
First off, I can't pick a team above four and a half stars. Which teams do you recommend? I've played some with City, Pool and Milan.
And then comes the question of which formation I should use? I've had a little luck with 4-1-2-1-2, and 4-2-3-1. What do you guys think?
And last, which tactic do you suggest? I mean like on the bar that shows defensive, balanced, attacking and so on.
Thanks in advance, hope to get some good advice from you guys!|||bray wanderers with a 3-4-3.|||4 star team that seems to be all the rage online at the minute is Napoli of Italy. Don't know if you'll be using updated squads or not but they're practically 5 stars with their forward line. Balanced for 0-0, go defensive when you get a 2 goal advantage. Stick with what you know or use default formation.|||city
