MENU STATS HELP

Hi all
I'm just writing to ask if anyone can give me help on getting my menu stats back (the ones that say fastest goal etc). It all started well and i could see the stats but then suddenly certain ones vanished like fastest goal and more recently online rankings vanished and they are now replaced by data could not be retrieved that's all i can see for some stats
Just wondering if Fifa or anyone can help me to get the stats back?
