Question: The Virtual Pro 'Mod' - Is that bannable?

Came across some topics about it on the net and it sounded strange. Is it a bannable offence by EA? What is the official line towards it? Can't find many topics here about it|||??? explain|||Your FIFA 11 personal save files ( at least for the 360) are shown in the System Settings of the console. You also have the option to move/copy them to a USB. In this personal settings file, therein is your VP's stats. So what people have done is move this file to a USB, and then essentially copy that onto another Xbox 360 hard drive, allowing that other person to have the same VP. It's similar to how people import kits on Pro Evo, but this actually involves stats for your VP. You can get VP's that are are 100% completed|||oh.........i dont see why that would be banable.....
I mean I do enjoy working up my pro solo, but after doing it in 10, and now 11, if my xbox suddenly fried and I bought a new one, IDK if I CBA spending 100+ hrs getting it back up.
IMO its not a huge deal, I mean people already play their friends or clubmates in friendly games to get most achievements anyway
