cant load info from ea servers ?

i have this problem where i cant join any ranked matches or play online whatso ever.. if i am able to sign into the ea servers as soon as i go to play online it either kicks me out of clubs in the 1st minute or f its a ranked game it says failed to load info from server. had this problem for 3 days now anyone no wht do to ?|||reset router|||Few friends have this now can't play or if they do they get kicked just before game starts. Scoreboard shows NAT is Open, checked internet and is fine 29ms Ping, 2 Meg down 700k up.
Why is this so bad online, really EA :) :) :) :)|||oi mods im sittin ea like a * waitin for u to reply u ignorant * wtf is goin on with ur * half complete game|||im waiting for the duck guy to come in and * some ea * saying it is your own router
maybe thats a part of the problem, but fact is ea servers are *, ever since fifa 2005.
and mostpeople only get this on fifa, not on any other games.|||I appreciate that you are frustrated with what you are experiencing but it is a little unreasonable to expect an instant response to a topic posted at 10:30pm. Furthermore, abusive remarks aren't going to do you any favours. What you describe is similar to what some others have previously posted and had been raised, in which case what platform are you on and have any internet settings been changed on your end which coincided with the issue? It is also worth noting that if you are having issues then you should contact EA support.|||

Wait a minute you appreciate that he is frustrated. Does this mean that it is your goal to create a game with unexplainable glitches and problems just to frustrate people. Furthermore although he may have been a little rude with his language the fact that this problem has apparently been reported before this post and still not resolved just adds this to the long list of problems that Electronic Arts has yet to fix in a faulty product.|||

I also think it is unreasonable to have technical support close at 9pm which is during your peak time?
Anyway back on subject, its XBOX 360 Pro Clubs and no internet has not changed. FIFA reports the NAT to be Open on the scoreboard, if this was raised before which I have read myself, I have not been able to find the solution? We have tried, resetting router about 30 times, forwarding ports, even the PS3 ones, xbox is on LAN and internet is fine. Clearing cache does nothing so were a little stuck, its not 1 person its 2 and another sometimes disconnects for no reason. Any idea?
We would have rang technical support but they close at 9pm which is when we come on.

well the ea support team arent going to do me any favours neither, they just send me to the forums everytime or ignore me,what do you have to say about that?
i demand a dev responds to me
