Has EA's poor customer service and awful ability to fix things detered your deci...

They claim to have several 10/10's here, though considering alot of them didn't actually give 10/10 (hmm...) it actually makes me wonder if anyone else is as fed up with the fact i can't play a normal game without people abusing problems this game shouldn't have...more so problems that existed (and were fixed) 2 years ago.
I reckon EA should stop worrying themselves with Ultimate Team and squad updates, and fix the game itself, because no matter what stats they update or whatever they do on Ultimate Team, these problems WILL still be there, ruining peoples enjoyment.
Anyone else feel as frustrated as me? hopefully...||||||Yep, every game mode on this is suffering from one bug or another. I mean, the fact my players won't grow in Career Mode is ridiculous, online is a lag-fest, full of pressure abusing, quitting c.unts, and the gameplay needs to be tweaked, as this 'personality+' b.ollocks has done nothing.|||belter, btw :)|||i don't have any problems with this game, or their customer services.|||My decision to buy FIFA will, as always, be dependent mainly upon the strength of its competition.
If PES is really better than it, then yes.|||

and its people like you that make this game *.|||

i don't have any problems with this game, or their customer services.

The question is mr Geezer, if you ever used their customer services... otherwise you have no right to talk|||Yes in answer to your question, I wish they'd slow the game down a touch, too fast making it a ping pong players heaven|||Well i've never actually had to use their customer services because i've never had a problem with the game. I just think end of the day, you don't like it, don't play it, get off the forums and go play PES, they're doing a better job at making this game than anyone else and thats a fact.|||That good a job they're using the same game engine from 2 years ago, and proclaming it as "brand new"?
The only reason FIFA has dominated NG to date is because of Konami's inability to build an engine to support PES on it.
I don't like PES because it dosen't have the league with the team i support, but if it did, i would be...as bad as it is, at least it dosen't facilitate people abusing the same problems OVER and OVER again.

Same, I used to buy PES every year until FIFA imo got better, times may change again, who knows.|||If PES 2012 won't be like PES 6 was, I will buy FIFA again. So yes, I will buy FIFA 12.|||STOP BEING WIMPS GROW A SET OF BALLS AND STAND UP TO EA INSTEAD OF BENDING OVER AND TAKING IT RIGHT UP THE SHIZZZZER :)|||LOL. These posts are hilarious.
EA Sports FIFA is practically the biggest sports gaming franchise worldwide.
I don't think EA gives a * whether you're or not purchasing FIFA 12 next year. The fact of the matter is that 1290389384578346376 people will still buy it on RELEASE day regardless of all the whining of bugs and issues in this forum.
I'm aware of the issues myself, and yes I will be buying FIFA 12 on release day next year like I have for the past 8 years.
If you want to learn something about product, brand, and marketing clue in that yours or anyone else on this forums opinion doesn't matter and that it won't affect the millions of other people that are going to buy it without hesitation.
It's still miles better than PES imo :) ....and the amount of online community will *always* far surpass PES (on XBLive and PES3 anyway...)
