Ranked 11 vs 11 Doesn't Allow To Use My Pro as a Forward

Hi guys,
This may have been posted before and my friend has the same issue.
As you are all aware, It is at times difficult to get the Center Forward and Striker position when playing Virtual Pro Ranked match. When I do manage to select it, FIFA doesn't allow me to play with my player, except it uses a random player, not even a player who belongs to that team. My ratings as a forward are on 74, so i want to build up my pro.
Any ideas why this is happening? It's happened 2 out of 2 times.

But 2 out of 2 sounds a bit random :) stupid question ( dont bite my head off for it) but are you going to Pro Ranked match ? you may be going to Team Play :)|||Hey, thanks for the reply.
Defiantly Pro Ranked. I get my gamer tag at the top of my head, but the name ID at the bottom shows a random player. Only happens when I selected a forward.
Any suggestions would be great
