This is how Career Mode SHOULD WORK (Typed a lot, look into it!)

So I posted this topic on the Career Mode discussion but it doesn't seem like people are reading it nor do they go on that part of the forum as much as this one so I'm deciding to post it here in hopes of more replies.
Well last year I had FIFA 10 for my PS2 and I thought it (manager mode) was absolutely great, you could set up practices for each type of players like 3 practices for Forwards, Mid fielders, defense and even your keepers. I thought this was great because my players grew a lot in overall if they played with better players around them.
The only time they went down is if I didn't make a practice session or if they've been injured for a while.
This year, I bought FIFA 11 for my 360 and I was surprised that they had the practices and such in PS2 but not in 11. I figured it would be built in or already accounted for and it wasn't. I come on these boards and I see that people are complaining about career mode and the growth issues.
Currently, I was in my 5th season with Valencia (I brought back David Villa and Silva in the 2nd or 3rd season on World-Class) and none of my players under-23 went up not even one despite me playing them almost every single match. To my surprise David Villa was the only player that grew +1 and he was 31 or 32 years old!
I really think that if the makers of 11 put the training sessions/practices in the career mode like 10 on the PS2 then it would be such a great mode to play and nobody would have any problems with the mode.

Below is an explanation of what the training/practice sessions are
Well the training thing is pretty much something you add on the calender on any day you like. You don't actually play a training/practice session but the training is simulated depending on who and what you trained on. For instance, if I remember correctly, you could have an athleticism training event for forwards, so their speed and things that have to do with athleticism is trained and it helps parts of their stats increase. For keepers, you have a handling practice or stamina practice. Pretty much 3 types of practices for each of the playing positions on your team. If I remember, ball control was apart of it, passing, etc.
I think that would help greatly if they incorporated this into FIFA for the NG systems like they did for PS2 because I love FIFA 10 on PS2 because of this.|||Bump!|||EA seem to be not bothered with Career mode on NG so it seems, They take good features away and then replace them with utter rubbish.
Who ever does manager mode on NG needs sacking cause it's still boring as hell. Take alook at PES, Not so good game play but awesome career mode. EA need to recruit people who have the ideas that manager mode craves. Until then we are stuck with lame selling techniques with no end result.
