Career Mode - Manager. Is this for real?

Is it just me or, each time I start a career as a manager the same thing occurs. It's always home, away, home, away etc. Or, away, home, away, home. With the odd home, home or away, away thrown in.
I'm referring to the games on the calendar. I continously start over to try and get a realistic fixture schedule. It appears impossible. I also keep getting the same run of:
Arsenal, Man City, Liverpool, Everton and Chelsea.
This is a joke. How hard can it be to produce a realistic fixture list? I assume this is just pure laziness by EA.
Stupid transfer listings don't help either. Liverpool listing Kuyt, Chelsea listing Alex and Arsenal wanting rid of Rosicky.

Manager Mode last year was awesome and now it this game makes FIFA 2002 on PC look good...|||the tranfers are very unrealistic too. Chelsea listed kalou and malouda and bought ronaldinho!|||

It's ridiculous. How EA can't produce a realistic fixture list is beyond me.|||Fifa is gettin crapper..
if you want a realistic football management game, play Football Manager 2011!!! its Amaaazingly realistic..
if only Fifa + FM could get some sort of arrangement to work together??
so you could play your fixtures from FM on Fifa..
and FM could use all Fifas licenses???
the EDIT mode is completely WOW aswell..
you can select different socks for when you play in Europeans games and everything.. class!! they actually know something about football it seems..|||I'm considering just playing Master League in PES. At least then I won't have one home game, then an away and the same run repeating itself. I'd also have the Champions League in the first season. For some ridiculous reason, you can't play in the Champions League in FIFA in the first season.
