Question about player's country flag, please help!

Why can't I see my country's flag on the leaderboard? I see players from countries like Uganda or Belize can have their country's flag on the leaderboards, but me I just see the GBR flag. And please, is there a way to change it? Your help is much appreciated, thanks!
