Career Mode: emails

Anyone annoyed by the constant emails during the close season? Why does it take so long to get through the friendlies? Very frustrating!
Also, is there any way to improve coaches like in 2010? or improve the stadium?|||no you cant improve those things.
but i really enjoy the emails, for me, there are too few of them, or maybe too many of the same ones or similar ones, i would like to see them really detailed and varied about teams in the league, upcoming opponents, press conferences etc.|||No coaches can be upgraded
No Stadium can be upgraded during career mode only before you start it and via stadium edit.|||cheers for your reply.
Another thing that annoys me - the way you have to select whether you wish to play as your character player or as the whole team - and if you accidently select the wrong one, u can't change it. I know it's fairly minor but it's just poor attention to detail from the developers IMHO.

yeah, the old way was better, where you could just click the RS in when on the career mode home page and then you were controlling the whole team unless you clicked it again to go back to one-person and then that was it set for the wholetime you were on.|||Didn't people complain last year that lower league teams couldn't update their squads because they didn't have the funds?? and now your complaining that this feature has been removed..make up your minds..
