Redeem Code

My redeem code don't work anymore :S I've got the game since it came out in my country and never got any problems with it but now while I was playing an online tournament in FUT it just frooze and now when I start the game it ask me for the redeem code... and I can't even write in a new one. It just says "Something went wrong blablabla"

No how do I do that? :) I'ma bit of noob on this stuffs|||You can re-download it by going to your download history within the PlayStation Store and choosing to download it again.|||MADNESS, EAUK admin on our forums?
